Tortured in a Saudi Jail
When Saudi policemen burst into
Filipino Christian Donnie Lama's Riyadh home in 1995, he had no idea what
it would lead to. It soon became obvious that he was being persecuted
for his faith. Donnie was repeatedly beaten and tortured. When no confession
could be forced out of him, he was charged with being a 'preacher of Christianity.'
Donnie spent seventeen months in the Al Malaz prison, but constantly shared
his faith with the other inmates and encouraged them with Bible studies
and prayer.

you for praying for me and my family. I believe that prayers by faith
can move mountains into the sea." - Donnie Lama |
